欧洲央行默施:欧洲央行今年不会降息

    知名媒体彭博周一报导，欧洲央行管理委员会委员默施上周六接受采访时表示，欧洲央行今年不会降息，但可能会上调通胀预期。

    当被问及是否赞同国际货币基金组织认为欧洲央行今年仍有降息空间的看法时，默施回答，"降息不在今年的计划之中。"

    默施指出，不排除欧洲央行对今明两年通胀预期上修的可能性。此前欧洲央行预期今明两年的通胀水平分别为2.9%和2.1%。

    IMF上周将2008年欧元区经济增长年率的预期下调至1.4%，欧洲央行的预期约为1.7%。

    默施声称，不认同IMF有关明年的预期，特别是通胀和经济增长之间的关系。虽然经济增长前景有可能恶化，但是没有理由过度悲观。
