经济下行风险占上风 欧洲央行不再排除降息可能

    欧洲央行14日公布的月度报告显示，由于全球金融市场风险依然存在，并将严重影响到欧洲实体经济的稳定性，因此欧洲央行不再排除降息的可能性。

    欧洲央行指出，最新的经济数据已经证实，“经济下行的风险占据上风”。到2007年底，欧洲经济增长速度已经逐步放慢。欧洲央行理事会将在未来几周内密切关注经济发展变化，它不再排除降息的可能性。

    多数经济学家预计，欧洲央行在美国联邦储备委员会大幅降息后将在今年上半年降低利率。但目前不断上涨的通货膨胀压力令欧洲央行举棋不定。
