人民币对美元中间价破6.99

    受不良经济数据等影响，国际汇市美元全线回落，推动人民币对美元汇率走出盘整，再创汇改以来新高。17日人民币对美元汇率中间价升破6.99，报6.9895，单日升值幅度达152个基点。

    周三美国商务部公布的数据显示，3月新屋开工数量降至17年来最低水平。美联储发表褐皮书称，美国经济环境已在恶化。多位美联储官员发表讲话，对美国经济现状和短期经济前景感到悲观。

    至此，2008年以来人民币对美元汇率中间价已先后32次创出汇改以来新高。按照2007年末的数据计算，人民币对美元汇率累计升幅已超过4.5%。
