    据香港媒体报道，欧洲央行行长特里谢在米兰发表演说时称，该行透过货币政策对抗短期价格震荡的能力有限。

    特里谢表示，该行透过货币政策对抗短期价格震荡的能力有限，例如近期食品和商品价格突然大幅飙升，但中期而言，该行仍可透过控制通胀预期及确保油价急升之余，不会引发其它物价上扬，以维持物价稳定。
