猛减仓! 再暴违规! 15只基金公布三季报 持仓曝光

    三季报显示某基金公司再暴风控控制上的漏洞

    继5只基金身陷上电可转债事件后，基金公司风险控制上的漏洞再次暴露。昨日披露的基金三季报显示，某合资基金公司旗下多只基金中签由其控股股东担任主承销商的新股"广电运通"，违反了相关法规的有关规定。

    据披露，7月30日，该基金公司旗下3只开放式基金认购中签了由其控股股东担任主承销商的股票"广电运通"共计17000股，此举违反了《证券投资基金法》第七章第五十九条对基金投资限制的有关规定，即基金财产不得用于买卖与其基金管理人、基金托管人有控股关系的股东或者与其基金管理人、基金托管人有其他重大利害关系的公司发行的证券或者承销期内承销的证券。

    季报称，上述3只基金已于8月13日将中签的股份全部卖出，未对基金资产造成损失。该基金公司表示已采取相关措施，加强风险控制，避免此类问题再次发生。(中国证券报余喆)
