深交所理事长陈东征:基金业亟待改变同质化

    “我们现在基金的类型、类别，投资决策的出发点、取向上趋同性太大”，深交所理事长陈东征在昨日举办的基金论坛上表示，尽管我国基金业的机构投资者近两年有了长足的发展和巨大的进步，但目前还面临同质化的问题，机构投资者从结构上来看还是有些单一、不很成熟。

    他认为，希望国家尽快启动社保基金划转问题，让养老基金、企业年金这一类的机构投资者迅速壮大成熟。

    陈东征说，在成熟市场的机构投资者结构中，养老年金跟企业年金的比例是非常高的。中国市场现在大蓝筹群体已经初步形成，但是大蓝筹市场的真正成熟有待于机构投资者进一步成熟，有待于机构投资者的结构更加合理。他认为，在现实条件下中国基金业的发展，应该更多的关注如何扩大社保基金、企业年金这一类的机构投资者比例。他还表示，正如在十七大报告中已经又一次强调多渠道改善社保基金问题，资本市场的大发展应能为解决中国社保基金的资金来源创造条件。
