法国数家银行联合设立"超级基金"

    法国5家银行将于2008年初共同设立一项持有14.7亿美元有价证券资产的“超级管道”基金，为受全球次贷危机影响而陷入困境的法国对冲基金提供流通性良好的市场环境。

    据当地媒体报道，该基金的创立者是法国巴黎银行、兴业银行、农业信贷银行的投资银行分支———东方汇理银行、Natixis银行以及汇丰银行法国分行。创立这个基金的目的是在2008年初信贷市场环境可能发生恶化的状况下，为投资者和金融机构提供“避风港”。

    经过数月讨论，这五家银行同意将它们价值10亿欧元的高质量有价证券注入这项基金。报道称，一旦这五家银行出现储户挤兑现象，“超级管道”基金将买入这些有价证券，并发行商业票据对该资产进行再融资。
