08年"封转开"第一单 基金融鑫获批

    国投瑞银基金公司旗下的封闭式基金基金融鑫持有人大会已于12月17日在北京召开。出席本次大会的融鑫基金基金份额持有人及其授权代理人所持基金份额共计480,887,834份，占融鑫基金总份额8亿份的60.11%。会议以全票通过了《关于融鑫证券投资基金转型有关事项的议案》。至此，基金融鑫正式踏上"封转开"之路。

    据统计，目前已有19只封闭式基金顺利完成到期转型，在2008年将有5只封闭式基金陆续到期，而国投瑞银基金融鑫将会成为2008年封转开的第一单。晨星数据显示，截至2007年12月14日，基金融鑫基金净值为3.4389元，设立以来总回报率为382.25%。
