宝盈旗下基金鸿飞拟实施封转开

    宝盈基金今日公告，宝盈基金管理公司的基金鸿飞将于2008年4月14日到期，宝盈经与基金托管人中国建设银行协商一致，决定召开基金份额持有人大会，讨论关于鸿飞证券投资基金转型有关事项的议案。如果得到持有人大会的同意，鸿飞基金将由封闭式基金转型为开放式基金，基金名称变更为“宝盈资源优选股票型证券投资基金”，基金存续期由2008年4月14日到期调整为无限期。

    资料显示，基金鸿飞2007年净值增长达124.61%。
