海外扩张不停歇 中国平安拟入股富通旗下基金

    虽然中国平安再融资尚待监管部门核准，但其海外收购的步伐并未因此放缓。记者昨日从消息人士处了解到，平安将入股富通集团旗下基金公司的部分股权，有关商谈正在进行之中。

    消息人士透露，平安拟入股的是富通旗下基金公司的部分股权，而不是全部股权，目前该项交易尚未到需要披露的阶段。

    昨日亦有比利时媒体报道，平安入股富通旗下基金管理公司后，富通的偿付能力将提高20亿欧元，但富通尚未就报道进行置评。消息人士则向本报记者表示，这一金额的准确性仍待证实。

    中国平安新闻发言人盛瑞生表示，目前尚未了解到有关上述方面的信息。对于近日有媒体报道，中国平安正向国家外汇管理局申请40亿欧元的外汇额度，以收购一宗海外资产，他表示，目前没有这样的申请。
