五矿欲打造国内外最大金属矿产品物流企业

    据五矿集团消息：4月28日，五矿集团宣布，在五矿国际货运有限责任公司的基础上正式成立五矿物流(集团)有限公司。新物流集团注册资本1亿元，五矿发展股份有限公司(下称“五矿发展”，600058.SH)占其94.8%的股份，五矿有意以通运和储运两大物流业务，打造中国乃至全球最大的金属矿产品专业物流企业。

    这在五矿发展常务副总经理许强看来是一个利好，物流原本是五矿的五大主业之一(其他为黑色金属、有色金属、房地产和金融)，现在将货运和代理等业务整合到一起，将是五矿物流主业发展历程的一个里程碑。

    据悉，此前，五矿已形成以北京为中心，以遍布全国众多口岸及城市的分支机构为依托的综合物流服务网络。而成立了14年的五矿国际货运公司一直承担黑色、有色金属和非金属矿产品的大宗散货运输业务。

    此外，许强认为，目前五矿物流业每年货物流通量超过5000万吨，还有5000万吨规模第三方物流，在进一步整合资源后，由此产生的杠杆作用还将带动出第三方物流1亿~2亿吨规模。
