招商证券收购新基业期货获批 稳妥迎股指期货推出

    日前，证监会正式批准了招商证券收购新基业期货经纪有限公司并增资至1.2亿元人民币的申请，这意味着招商证券业务模式进一步拓宽，搭建全方位金融服务平台的发展战略又迈出了重要的一步。

    据介绍，招商证券正在进行深圳新基业期货更名为招商期货有限公司的工作。目前，该公司在完成新基业期货公司收购和增资扩股的基础上，正在申请金融期货经营许可证及中国金融期货交易所会员资格，积极稳妥迎接股指期货的推出，为投资者从事股指期货和商品期货投资提供优质平台。
