中国金融期货交易所批准第二批12家会员

    中国金融期货交易所12日宣布，长江期货经纪有限公司等12家机构被批准为中金所第二批会员。

    第二批会员包括：长江期货经纪有限公司、东吴期货有限公司、无锡国联期货经纪有限公司、江苏弘业期货经纪有限公司、上海久恒期货经纪有限公司、上海良茂期货经纪有限公司、深圳市平安期货经纪有限公司、北京首创期货经纪有限责任公司、中信建投期货经纪有限公司等9家交易结算会员，以及浙江大越期货经纪有限责任公司、浙江新华期货经纪有限公司、上海中财期货经纪有限公司等3家交易会员。

    在此之前，中金所已经批准了国泰君安期货经纪有限公司等10家机构为首批会员。

    据中金所有关负责人介绍，相关期货公司在申请中金所会员资格时，除了要提交中国证监会金融期货相关业务资格许可的批复文件外，还要提交会员资格申请书、业务准备情况报告、技术系统准备情况报告。中金所则专门组织人员赴期货公司进行现场检查和验收。

    这位负责人表示，中金所将按照“高标准、稳起步”的指导原则，进一步推进会员审核工作，成熟一家，发展一家。
