LME放宽钢材期货交割等级

    近期，伦敦金属交易所(LME)正式公布了钢材期货的新合约规定。与此前的规定相比，新合约放宽了现货交割的限制要求。据悉，明年2月25日，LME将先推出钢材期货电子交易盘；待运行平稳后，明年4月28日正式在交易所场内喊价交易，交易品种为钢胚(billet)，将有15个月份的连续合约上市交易。

    同原合同相比，新合同增加了两个规格的钢胚。此外，LME还增加了迪拜为地中海地区合约的交割地，该地区的交割地还有土耳其。远东地区合约的交割地为韩国和马来西亚。

    LME钢材事业部经理Liz Milan表示，对交割标准放宽主要是为了扩大该期货产品的参与度，充分发挥价格发现机制，增加迪拜为地中海地区交割地主要反映了市场的需求和有利于现货流通。
