河南省六大煤矿农民工　全进"工伤保险箱"

    河南省全力推进高风险企业农民工参加工伤保险的“平安计划”已见成效：目前，河南省国有六大煤矿农民工全部参保。

    记者12月6日从省劳动和社会保障厅获悉，截至10月底，全省共有28.11万名农民工参加了工伤保险，其中，煤炭、建筑等高风险行业农民工参保22.97万人，平煤等六大国有煤矿农民工已经全部参保。

    据介绍，各地劳动保障部门在高风险农民工工伤保险扩面工作中付出了艰苦努力。平顶山市劳动保障局针对该市一家大型纺织企业拒不参保的情况，多次上门做工作仍然没有效果，只好发出了限期整改通知书，但该单位仍视国家法律和政策于不顾。在被起诉到法院后，该企业与市劳保局最终达成庭外和解，企业1万多名职工，包括2000多名农民工全部参加了工伤保险，同时缴纳罚款30万元。
