是否应该得到保险金?

    黑龙江网友于女士提问：

    我的一个朋友在1995年退伍后被安排到畜牧站上班，当时也没有签定劳动合同，是临时工，每月也就给开300元钱，现在被单位以文件的形式给解除劳动关系了。现在她想要上班这几年的保险金，单位不认可。不知道象她这种情况，属于临时工，所要求的保险金能否得到支持，如果能支持应该得到哪几种保险金。请律师同志能给予解答，谢谢了！

    三险：养老、医疗、失业属于社会强制险，应有单位补交，个人部分也要补缴

    高宏道律师补充答复：

    早已没有“临时工”的法律概念了。现在都是合同制了。

    保险应该给。可以通过仲裁解决。 (大律师网)
