保监会调研四公司 将定交强险明年升降

        明年交强险价格是涨，是降，或是不变？记者今天上午获悉，保监会已经派出调研组调查各保险公司交强险的盈亏情况，为明年定价做准备。    

    据悉，调研组已分别到人保财险、平安产险和太保产险等公司调研，以获取投保、理赔等方面的信息。

    据了解，按照交强险法定保险“不亏不盈”的设计原则，如果出现盈利，盈利将进入补偿基金，第二年度可能降价；若出现亏损，则由保险公司自己承担，第二年度有涨价的可能。

    此次调研已经基本结束，交强险明年价格是否出现变化，即将揭晓。
