何悦:尽快建立适合我国国情的政策性农业保险制度

    “农业保险是现代农业风险管理的有效手段”。日前在接受记者采访时，全国政协委员何悦建议，尽快建立适合我国国情的政策性农业保险制度。

    “农业承受灾害损失的能力最薄弱。因此，农业更需要通过保险予以保障。”何悦委员建议首先由国家出台《农业保险条例》，保证农业保险的健康运行，待条件成熟后，再制定《农业保险法》。“成立政策性农业保险公司也相当重要。”何委员建议成立政策性农业保险公司，把农业保险从商业保险中分离出来，再将财产保险、人身保险等一并考虑在内，成立政策性农业保险公司。(来源：人民政协报)
