重庆为临时工办养老保险 遭机关单位拒绝可投诉

    “临时工也可以参加养老保险了？我终于没有后顾之忧了。”昨天，在某市级机关上班的驾驶员王大山十分高兴。近日，市劳动和社会保障局出台《机关事业单位临时聘用人员参加养老保险实施意见》，我市机关事业单位将在今年内为清洁工、驾驶员等临时聘用人员(即临时工)登记办理并补缴基本养老保险，临时工参保若遭单位拒绝，可向劳动监察部门投诉。  

    该意见规定，机关事业单位现在使用的临时工，应于2007年12月31日前办理参保登记手续；2007年12月31日以后机关事业单位由于工作需使用的临时工，应于使用之日起30日内办理参保登记手续。

    临时工养老保险的单位缴费比例为20%；个人缴费比例对应年度企业职工的个人缴费比例执行(目前为8%)。原重庆地区的机关事业单位临时工可补缴1993年3月以后的基本养老保险费；原万县地区、涪陵地区、黔江地区的机关事业单位临时工，可补缴1992年4月以后的基本养老保险费。

    临时工与单位解除劳动关系后，可以个人身份接续基本养老保险关系。
