投保后享有哪些权利

    1、享有自愿订立保险合同的权利。

    2、享有要求保险公司或其代理人对保险条款进行说明的权利。

    3、享有及时取得保险单或凭证的权利。

    4、保险合同成立后，除法律、法规另有规定或保险合同另有约定外，享有解除合同的权利。

    5、享有保险公司对保险资料保密的权利。

    6、享有向人民法院提起诉讼或向仲裁机关申请仲裁的权利。
