十余义务监督员给保险业挑毛病 应设统一报案电话

    行业义务监督员是不是一个摆设？很多人都有这样的疑问。前日，在省保险行业协会召开的“保险业义务监督员座谈会”上，记者看到了耳目一新的一幕。

    会上，18名监督员对本地保险行业的弊端提出了批评，并提出改进建议。

    监督员林保全对现在车险理赔没有统一的报案电话极有意见。他说现在一家公司一个电话，可有很多理赔涉及到不同公司，特别是现在三责险和商业险可在不同公司买，因此理赔报案极不方便。

    林保全还对一些车险理赔案中存在的通病进行列举，并希望保险公司规范理赔程序。

    胡涛监督员则结合自己接触的案例，对客户投保中的误导欺诈行为进行了探讨，并建议投保人投保前尽量熟悉相应法律法规和保险条款，保障自身权益。

    保险行业协会负责人当场表示，对义务监督员反映的问题，将上报省保监局，并设立专题进行调查研究，一定给义务监督员们一个满意的回答。
