萍乡强征"老赖"社保千万元

    为保障社会保险经费的及时到位，萍乡市中级人民法院向各有关单位征收社会保险费1000余万元，涉及缴费义务人达100家。

    据记者了解，萍乡市一些企事业单位缴纳社会保险费不主动，有履行能力的也不愿意缴纳，甚至拒不执行劳动和社会保障部门的催缴通知，使大量的社会保险费不能及时征收。经社会保障部门向萍乡市中级人民法院提起非诉行政执行后，中院采取区别情况区别对待的措施，依法予以执行。到日前为止，已强制征社会保险费1000余万元。(新法制报)
