保监会核准通过新版车险行业条款

    由中国保险行业协会制定的新版机动车商业保险行业基本条款日前获得中国保险监督管理委员会的批准，将于2007年4月1日起正式启用。

    新版车险行业条款进一步扩大了覆盖范围，涵盖了车辆损失险、商业三者险、车上人员责任险、盗抢险、不计免赔率特约险、玻璃单独破碎险、车身划痕损失险和可选免赔额特约险等8个险种。

    2006年7月1日，伴随机动车交通事故责任强制保险的实施，中国保险行业协会即推出了包括车辆损失险和商业三者险2个险种的A、B、C三套行业商业车险产品。为切实维护消费者利益，解决运行中出现的新情况、新问题，中国保险行业协会经过修订和扩充，最终开发完成了新版车险行业条款。
