马拉松式车险理赔何时了

    老金的代理律师李滨认为，目前该保险公司只强调“第一次理赔赔错了”，对于消协提出的解决第一次理赔错误的建议却没任何明确态度。其实，保险公司不仅是第一次理赔错了，追根溯源，老金的车在最初买保险时发动机号就与驾驶证上的不符，保险公司首先这保险就卖错了，保险合同签错了，保费也收错了。
