人保财险率先开通理赔信息网上即时查询

    随着4月1日车险同价时代的开启，各家保险公司竞争焦点从价格转向到服务，纷纷打服务牌吸引客户。作为北京最大车险承保公司，中国人保财险北京分公司将在业内独家开通理赔信息网上即时查询功能。

    对于4月1日后出险的理赔案件，客户登陆人保财险北京分公司网站输入相关信息就能查询理赔案件进度、查勘定损照片等信息，这项服务提高了理赔服务的清晰透明度，全面保障客户权益。
