广州建筑行业农民工参加工伤保险将出台新办法

    去年，广州市新增61万农民工参加工伤保险，而来自建筑行业的仅有3万左右，不足广州建筑行业应参保人数的1/10。昨天，市劳动保障局有关负责人透露，将联手建设部门专门出台推进建筑施工企业农民工先行参加工伤保险的办法。  

    据介绍，2005年初，广州就已经明确规定对农民工较为集中、工伤风险程度较高的矿山和建筑企业可以先行办理工伤保险。由于建筑施工行业人员流动性很大，一些老板不愿意为工人参保。即使是一些国企，其高危作业部分也有不少是外包给农民工承担，而没有为他们购买工伤保险。为此，市劳动保障局将与建设部门出台关于建筑施工企业农民工先行参加工伤保险的办法。据透露，新的办法拟按照建筑工程总造价为缴费基数，以此确定相应比例作为参保费用。计划争取今年四五月间开始推行。
