上海市立新规:失业保险金可转为就业补贴

    今后在上海，大龄失业人员如实现就业，其失业保险金将转为就业补贴。上海市劳动保障部门4月1日出台新规定，以补贴方式鼓励大龄失业人员自谋职业。

    多年来，各地有关部门在就业工作中常常遇到这样的难题：由于找到工作后就不能领取失业金，一些大龄失业者经过“权衡”，宁愿失业在家当“懒汉”也不去找工作。

    上海为此出台新规定，把部分人的失业保险金转为就业补贴。具体做法为：大龄失业人员如果实现自谋职业，即使已经停缴社保费超过了六个月，上海市失业保险基金也将按月给予每月所缴社会保险费50%的补贴，补贴期限最长可达三年。

    有关政策向距法定退休年龄不足两年的大龄失业人员进一步倾斜，规定其中实现自谋职业的，如果原本正在领取失业保险金，上海市失业保险基金将按照上海最低工资标准的50%按月给予就业岗位补贴，直至其到法定退休年龄为止。
