项怀诚:全国社保基金将加大海外投资

    项怀诚(全国社保基金理事长)3月28日在香港出席瑞信亚洲投资会议时表示，社保基金海外投资今后还有巨大增长空间。社保基金海外投资种类包括全球股票、债券和外汇现金存款。按规定社保基金投资境外市场的资金比例不得超过20%，而现在还不到5%，所以有很大增长空间，今后将会“越来越好，越来越多”。
