"老工伤"可享工伤险待遇

    记者昨天获悉，广州市推行工伤保险政策之前的“老工伤”因旧伤复发的，复发期间的医疗将可以享受工伤保险待遇。

    广州市从1993年8月1日开始推行工伤保险政策，那么之前因公致伤的工伤职工的相关待遇能不能得到认可，如其依然健在，其旧伤复发期间的工伤医疗待遇可否改由工伤保险统筹支付呢？针对这一问提，广州市劳动和社会保障局也已做出了相关的方案，并计划于近期出台。

    据广州市劳保局工伤及生育保险处处长陈泰才介绍，市劳保局将逐步把我市实行工伤保险(1993年8月1日)前发生工伤的职工旧伤复发期间的工伤医疗待遇纳入工伤保险统筹范围。该政策一旦出台，老工伤职工也将依规定享受工伤保险条例规定应给予的生活护理费、一次性伤残补助金及伤残津贴等待遇。

    陈泰才说：“这部分人群的待遇认定工作虽然会有一定的难度，但只要老工伤职工保留有原始的资料，劳动保障部门还是会尽力去做好这些工作的。”
