    问：氮氧化物中毒的临床表现有哪些？

    答：(1)急性中毒 中毒初期仅有轻微的眼和上呼吸道症状，脱离中毒现场后，症状很快消失而常被注意。经过4—6小时或更长的潜伏期后，出现肺水肿和高铁血红蛋白血症。轻度中毒仅有轻度呼吸道刺激症状，为时短暂；中度中毒是在接触毒物后，稍有头痛、咳嗽和胸部不适。随后症状消失，自觉良好。可照常工作。但经过一段潜伏期可出现肺水肿，症状加重，咳出粉红色泡沫痰，呼吸困难，紫绀。两肺满布湿性罗音，血压下降，白细胞总数增高。X线胸片可见两肺散在有大小不等的斑片状阴影，边缘模糊。肺部阴影出现在肺水肿症状之前，有助于尽早诊断肺水肿；重度中毒少见，发生在严重事故时，或中度中毒治疗不及时、不适当，有时感染因素使病情恶化。胸片上可见病灶大量融合，泡沫状痰液过多，呼吸困难和紫绀加重，并发生一系列并发症。若治疗及时，可进入恢复期。

    有少数病例治疗好转，在中毒后4—8周症状加重、呼吸困难、胸X线片见粟粒状阴影，病例检查可见纤维化闭塞性细支气管炎。及早使用糠皮质激素可以好转。

    (2)慢性作用主要表现为神经衰弱综合征及慢性上呼吸道或支气管炎症。个别病例可导致肺部纤维化。此外，可引起皮肤刺激牙齿酸蚀症。
