社保部门年内将办8大实事 市民可上银行缴社保费

    往年的这个时候，社保中心的缴费窗口喧闹非凡：每天有几千名个体工商户赶来排队缴费，神色高度紧张的保安人员在旁维持秩序。但从今年5月份开始，市区近10万个体工商户和灵活就业人员的缴费窗口，将从社保部门转移到温州商业银行的所有网点。

    据市社保局副局长杨日东介绍说，今年5月开始，全市个体工商户和灵活就业人员的基本养老、基本医疗、医疗救助缴费等，只需在市社保中心办理好委托代扣、代缴手续，再到就近的市商业银行办理一张社保缴费卡，所有应缴费用都会自动按时扣缴，市民缴社保费不必再跑到社保中心了。

    另据了解，围绕“被征地农民生活保障、城镇居民医疗保障、农民工社会保障”三大难题，今年市社保局将完成八项为民办实事项目。除上述缴费改革一项外，其余七项工作分别为：10万名企业退休人员纳入社会化管理；市区未享受医保待遇的老年居民、低保和重症残疾人员等纳入城镇居民医疗保障范围；全市工伤保险参保人数达140万；企业职工基本养老参保人数新增7万人；新增就业岗位6万个；组织农村劳动力转移培训4.5万人；组织务工农民岗位技能培训6.5万人。
