社保基金审计要突出重点

    日前，审计署2007年全国社会保险基金审计培训班在署怀柔培训基地举办。审计长李金华在培训班开班仪式指出，社保基金审计要突出重点，保证审计的连续性、透明性。各级审计机关要保证所在地方筹集到的社保基金的安全，不出大的失误，不出大的损失。

    李金华说，地方社保基金审计工作要注意三个方面。一是审计社保基金的合法性和安全性。要保证依法征收，收回后必须保证是安全的。二是规范社保基金收支。规范收支要看有没有严格的制度、有没有严格的程序、有没有漏洞，内控制度是否严格，内部程序是否科学。三是注意政策性、制度性和涉及公平正义的问题。(中山日报)
