重庆社保不留真空地带

    今年，重庆财政投入将进一步向弱势群体倾斜、向解决民生问题倾斜，统筹12.5亿元资金专项用于社会保障的四个“全覆盖”工程，实现全市新型农村合作医疗、农村低保、城乡医疗救助和儿童计划免疫覆盖率达到100%%。

    据了解，今年重庆全市39个区县全面开展新型农村合作医疗试点，人均筹资标准从上年的45元提高到50元，其中财政承担40元，共需7.5亿元，将有1870万农民参合受益；在2006年已有11个区县开展农村低保制度试点的基础上，今年所有区县实现全覆盖，财政投入3亿元，使农村80万人受益；在去年24个已经开展城市特困医疗救助试点区县的基础上，今年再扩大18个区县，实现城市特困医疗救助全覆盖，继续巩固农村医疗救助全覆盖，市级将通过中央补助、本级预算和市级福利彩票公益金安排等渠道，筹集约1亿元，全面提高全市城乡医疗救助力度；全面免费实施儿童“七苗”计划免疫接种，财政将安排资金采购疫苗和注射器、补助区县冷链设备，适当补助接种劳务费等，预计筹资1亿元。(中国财经报)
