已缴满15年社保还要缴吗

    南昌刘先生：我今年40多岁，虽然还没到退休年龄，但缴纳了20年的社保，我知道社保至少要缴满15年，如果我不再缴社保，退休后是不是可以享受社保金？

    记者跑腿：南昌市劳动和社会保障局养老保险处一工作人员说，根据相关规定，虽然刘先生已缴满15年社保，还必须一直缴至退休，届时将按“多缴多得”原则享受社保待遇，否则，社保部门会将其封存，到退休时只返还个人缴纳的钱。(信息日报)
