中意财产保险有限公司获准开业 注册资本5亿元

    中意财产保险有限公司近日获准开业。这是中国石油天然气集团第二次与欧洲第三大保险集团忠利集团合作。

    中意财险位于北京，注册资本5亿元，其中忠利保险有限公司的持股比例为50%，中油财务有限责任公司的持股比例为50%。公司业务范围包括：财产损失保险、责任保险、信用保险等财产保险业务；短期健康保险、意外伤害保险以及上述业务的再保险业务。

    中意财险成立后将推出石油与天然气钻井设备保险、保赔责任保险等多个与石油石化行业密切相关的险种。同时，中石油的商业保险业务也可能主要由中意财险承保，这意味着中石油实现了间接自保，每年节省数千万元保费开支。
