航服售3种无效意外险 监督部门:消费者订票要留意

    省保险监督管理局与省保险行业协会联合下发文件称，哈尔滨市一些航空售票网点仍在违规销售无效的航空意外险，导致真保单销售额下降了九成。针对已查获的标注永安、都邦、阳光保险公司的3种无效保单，监管部门责令航空服务公司立即停售，并处罚款或追究刑事责任。该部门提醒消费者，节日订票要留心。

    记者从省保监局了解到，节日前夕，哈尔滨航空意外保险共保办查询发现，一些航服公司还在销售已经证实无效或假冒的航空意外保险，其中包括永安财险、都邦财险公司违规异地销售的产品，以及标注阳光财险公司“阳光伴你行C款”。经阳光财险公司黑龙江分公司证实，该保单系假造，公司从未推出此产品。保险监督部门认定，这3款保单根本无法理赔，造假保单构成欺诈行为，已提交公安部门立案，将对相关单位和责任人追究责任。

    市航空意外保险共保部刘经理称，已购买无效保单的消费者，可拨打84656629和84643315投诉，相关部门将帮助退款、索赔。
