杨超澄清:国寿整体上市传言属"子虚乌有"

    针对近期关于中国人寿集团整体上市的传言，中国人寿保险股份有限公司董事长杨超5月9日澄清说：“没有研究过集团整体上市的事宜，更没有时间表。”

    在9日的中国人寿业绩报告会上，杨超还就外界关心的引进战略投资者问题表态说，引进战略投资者，是公司的既定目标，条件也没变。目前公司资金充足，不存在为资金而引进的问题，引进主要为了进一步改善公司的治理结构。目前引进工作的进展很顺利，但还没到可以披露的地步。

    就私募股权投资问题，杨超表示，私募股权投资是公司投资的很重要的方面，与股票相比，没有这么大的波动性，是保险公司很重要的投资类别。中国人寿很关注和寻找相关项目。

    中国人寿首席投资官刘乐飞告诉记者，今后公司投资结构的调整主要是从银行存款逐渐转向债券投资，对权益类资产的投资要看市场变化和投资机会。一季度末，中国人寿权益类投资资产占比为13%左右，其中包括对股票、基金及未上市股权的投资。

    他同时透露，公司对于投资基金管理公司、投资商业地产等领域也在研究、接触。其中，对于投资商业地产已经研究了两年，人员、项目、制度流程、合作模式都有一定准备。
