中意人寿变更资本金 增资至19亿元

    近日，中意人寿变更资本金的申请已正式获得中国保监会的批复，中意人寿的注册资本金由13亿元增至19亿元。

    中意人寿表示，近年来，得益于中国保险业又好又快的发展环境，中意人寿业务增长迅猛，表现出健康、强劲的发展势头。随着业务量的快速攀升和法定偿付能力对资本金的要求，短短5年间，中意人寿已完成三次增资。股东双方携手5年来，对中意人寿发展前景充满信心，并给予长期发展的承诺与支持，合力打造国内一流保险公司。

    中意人寿由意大利忠利保险有限公司和中国石油天然气集团公司合资组建，成立于2002年。目前，中意人寿总资产、总保费收入位居外资、合资保险公司前列。
