保监会新规推进党风廉政建设

    中国保监会党委日前向派出机构和直管保险公司党委印发了《中国保监会党委巡视工作暂行规定》和《中国保监会党委关于对党员领导干部进行诫勉谈话和函询的暂行规定》，要求全系统把“两个规定”纳入党委中心组理论学习的重要内容，组织党员领导干部专题进行学习。

    保监会党委要求把贯彻执行“两个规定”与加强领导干部作风建设紧密结合起来，组织党员领导干部认真进行对照检查，自觉接受监督，同时开展多种形式的宣传活动，使广大党员干部全面了解“两个规定”，营造贯彻执行的良好氛围。此外，各单位党委须紧密结合自身实际，建立健全巡视、诫勉谈话和函询制度，不断加强对党员领导干部的教育、监督和管理。

    保监会党委有关负责人称，这是保监会党委贯彻落实《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》，建立完善惩治和预防腐败体系的又一重要举措，对进一步加强保监会系统党内监督、深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争、促进各级党委班子和党员领导干部作风建设、推动保险业又好又快发展具有重大意义。
