哈尔滨农民工和城镇职工享受同等失业保险待遇

    新《哈尔滨市失业保险办法》于15日开始实施，新《办法》规定，农民工将和城镇职工享受同等的失业保险待遇。

    据了解，原《哈尔滨市失业保险办法》中，农民工参加失业保险自己不承担1%的失业保险费，仅由用人单位按照上年度缴费工资总额的2%为农民工缴纳失业保险，农民工与用人单位解除劳动关系后，也不享受失业保险各项待遇，仅由劳动部门将用人单位为农民工缴纳的失业保险费一次性返还给农民工本人。

    新《办法》中规定，农民合同制工人本人可以选择按照上年度本人月平均工资的1%缴纳失业保险费，并在解除劳动关系后与城镇职工一样享受失业保险待遇；也可以选择原《办法》中个人不承担失业保险费的缴费方式。常年在城镇打工的农民工和季节性务工的农民工可以根据自身情况不同，选择不同的失业保险缴费方式。
