国家电网获准筹建寿险公司

    中国保监会日前作出批复，同意国家电网公司及其系统内全资、控股子公司共同发起筹建英大泰和人寿保险股份有限公司，注册资本为人民币6亿元，注册地为北京。

    英大泰和人寿保险股份有限公司的拟任董事长为徐伟良，拟任总经理为张世才。徐伟良原来是华东电网有限公司的总审计师，而张世才是中国电力财务有限公司的副总裁，都属于国家电网公司系统高管。

    据悉，英大泰和的经营范围为中国保险监督管理委员会核定的意外伤害保险、健康保险、传统人寿保险、人寿保险新型产品、传统年金保险、年金新型产品和其他人身保险业务；经营上述保险业务的再保险业务；国家法律、法规允许或国务院批准的保险资金运用业务；各类人身保险服务、咨询和代理业务；其他经保险监督管理机构批准的业务。

    另据报道，除寿险公司外，国家电网还将筹建一家财险公司。
