中国人寿:重疾险理赔将"有利于客户"

    中国人寿日前宣布，对于购买其在新版《重大疾病保险的疾病定义和使用规范》出台前开发的、包含重大疾病保障责任的保险产品的客户，将遵循“有利于客户”的总体原则履行保险合同。

    中国人寿还承诺，对于购买在《规范》出台前开发的重疾险产品的客户，如果其提出将原保险合同疾病定义更换为《规范》中相应疾病定义的要求，公司将予以更换。在发生理赔时，仍将遵循有利于客户的原则，按照条款所附新的疾病定义并参照原条款中相应疾病定义进行理赔。

    中国人寿还将在8月1日之后推出其全部符合《规范》要求的重疾险新产品。中国人寿有关负责人向记者表示，新产品的价格和现在相比不会有很大波动。
