首季业绩飘红 太保集团紧急增员3万为上市铺路

    上市过程中遭遇“连续三年盈利”门槛的太保集团，正试图通过增员、扩展业务、增加盈利的方式，为未来上市铺平道路。据悉，继太平产险9位高管近日被核准赴任后，太保寿险通过“春雷行动”，在不到2个月的时间内已紧急增员超过3万人，营销团队的人力质量也得以迅速提高。

    资料显示，在2004年，太保集团曾产生亏损；2005年，太保扭亏为盈；2006年，审计的财报预计为盈利。今年首季度业务的全面开花，无疑为太保注入了一针“强心剂”。
