防修理厂车保骗赔 北京车主需理赔亲自到场

    为了杜绝修理厂和代理人借车主的车骗保骗赔，京城的各大公司都作出了车险理赔车主必须亲自到场的要求。

    车主张女士称，她的车前些天发生剐蹭，就让朋友帮忙去办理理赔，但保险公司要求她本人到现场，并且必须手指车辆受损处拍照。张小姐感到颇为不便。昨日记者分别走访了太平洋、人保等多家公司。这些公司都表示，他们采取这些措施就是为了杜绝骗保。

    2004年4月，北京保监局曾公布了一个统计数字：2003年北京各财险公司共计23亿元的车险赔款中，约有20%-30%属于欺诈。

    不过，保险公司方面也表示，如果车主本人因为出差等原因无法到场，可签署委托书。但赔款只能交给车主本人。
