瑞士再保险将日台风风险证券化

    标准普尔评级服务公司5月22日表示，为避免日本台风带来的严重损失，通过由特定交易机构AKIBARE公司发行证券，瑞士再保险公司得到了全面的、总计达1.2亿美元的抵押转分保保障。

    据悉，三井住友海上火灾保险公司是AKIBARE的主办机构。瑞士再此次风险证券化反映出它已与三井住友海上火灾达成再保险合同。标准普尔对AKIBARE所发行的A、B股证券均评级为“BB+”。

    美国著名风险评估机构RMS为此次证券化触发机制的制定方，并为其进行了风险分析。据RMS透露，AKIBARE利用l0分钟平均风速值计算最高风速，平均风速值由日本气象数据资料自动化接收系统网络的900个站点提供。

    RMS顾问总经理彼得·纳科达(Managing Director)表示：“由于(台风风险证券化)交易严格根据风速进行，易于投资机构理解。”
