五类保险公司今年"必查"

    记者从近期召开的四川保监局整顿规范辖区保险市场秩序工作会议上获悉，今年保监局将对重点公司、重点业务、重点违法违规行为进行严查。    

    据悉，要求必查的“重点公司”包括五类：一是保监会所检查的总公司在辖内的分支机构；二是综合成本率高、经营性亏损较大的公司；三是市场反应大、严重扰乱市场秩序的公司；四是不讲诚信、信访投诉较多的公司；五是监管政策执行不力、内控管理不严的公司。“重点业务”则是指，财产险市场重点检查交强险、商业车险、大型商业保险项目。人身险市场重点评估和检查公司内控。“重点违法违规行为”包括理赔难、非理性竞争、统计数据失真和欺诈误导四大问题。
