保险机构跑步涉足基金业 保监会政策上给予支持

    中国保监会有关人士日前透露，保险公司设立自己的基金管理公司今年会有进展，保监会在政策上将给予支持。据传，中国人寿正在洽购一家总部位于上海的基金公司部分股权。此外，中国平安的子公司平安信托已就收购事宜与总部位于深圳的巨田基金进行谈判，平安集团拟从巨田证券手中购买巨田基金35%的股权，出价可能在数千万元人民币。

    “保监会与证监会在保险机构进入基金业的看法一致，推出的时机已经成熟。”保监会有关人士表示。

    国寿、平安和人保都已递交设立基金公司的申请。至于究竟采取保险公司直接设立还是通过保险资产管理公司设立的模式，有关方面仍在探讨中。
