都邦保险灵活理赔超乎想象

    日前，都邦保险广东珠海中支在一起事故中灵活理赔，启动快速反应机制为客户解决燃眉之急，得到了客户的赞赏和感激。

    据介绍，珠海中旅快线公司一辆大巴在广深高速公路不幸与一辆大型货柜车相撞，大巴严重受损，造成驾驶员受伤，乘客2人死亡，5人轻伤。因为事故较为严重，涉及的赔偿金额较大，面对如何更好更快地处理事故中乘客的赔偿问题，中旅快线公司十分焦急。

    都邦保险通过对事故的分析，决定特事特办，启动快速反应机制。在珠海中支与总公司客户服务部沟通后，20万赔偿金预付申请迅速得到了批复。

    中旅快线公司对此深表赞赏：“当初有点担心，作为一家新的公司，你们能不能处理这样的大案子。现在看来，我们的担心是多余的，你们做的比我们想象的还好。”
