澳大利亚昆士兰保险集团收购美国两保险公司

    澳大利亚最大保险商昆士兰保险集团(QBE)日前表示，已完成对两家美国保险公司的购并，这两家公司分别是Praetorian金融集团和丰泰美国控股公司(Winterthur US Holdings)。这两项购并交易金额共25亿澳元(约合19.72亿美元)。
