福建推行农房保险使受灾农户受惠

    福建省去年8月在全国率先推行农房统一保险，让受灾农户不出一分钱就能得到一笔房屋修缮款。截至目前，福建省农房保险赔款已超过一千万元。

    福建省沿海多山，时常遭暴雨、台风、冰雹、泥石流等自然灾害的袭击。

    福建省委、省政府从解决农民实际问题出发，大力推进农业保险试点工作。

    据福建省保险行业协会副秘书长沈耀胜介绍，农房统保由福建省政府授权福建省民政厅与人保财险福建分公司签订统保协议，各地采取全县统保的方式，由民政部门作为全县农房的投保人，保险公司出具保单。

    到目前为止，福建农房保险每户的保额是5000元。因冰雹、台风、暴风、龙卷风造成房屋瓦片损失的，每间房屋瓦片全部损失赔偿300元，每户最高赔偿1500元。“如果经济条件允许的农户希望增加保障程度，他们可以再购买家庭财产保险。”沈耀胜说。

    实行农房统保后，福建农民得到了实实在在的好处。今年4月，福建中北部发生大面积雹灾后，保险公司共向1.6万多户受灾户赔付613万元，缓解了灾民的生活压力。
